Aivo to merge with Mashie

Monterro’s portfolio company Mashie will merge with Aivo and create the leading Nordic supplier of systems and services for meal planning and production within restaurants and large-scale kitchens.

Aivo and Mashie are each leaders within their geographies and customer segments. Both companies provide meal planning systems and services for municipals, counties and facility management companies. Aivo is especially strong within public meal organisations and is well established in Norway and Finland, while Mashie is the leading provider of internet-based recipe solutions to the food industry. The merger will create the largest Nordic independent supplier.
