Monterro acquires Grade and Mashie from InXL Innovation AB
Monterro will in total own 82% of the both entities and management and board members will own 18%. The seller, InXL Innovation AB, is listed at First North. Grade (www.grade.com) is a provider of Learning Management System (“LMS”) and e-learning solutions to larger corporations and universities.
Grade has offices in Lund (HQ) and Stockholm. Mashie (www.mashie.se) is a SaaS Software provider for industrial kitchens and food producers. Mashie, which was founded in 1993, has offices in Lund (HQ), Helsingborg and Stockholm.
