Monterro invests in fast-growing cloud company Nordiska Entreprenadsystem

Monterro and Nordiska Entreprenadsystem jointly see the acquisition as a great opportunity for expansion in both existing and new markets.

The development of NEXT began already in the 90s and is today a standardized cloud-based project and business tool for construction, maintenance, and contractor business industries. With NEXT, both small local construction and service companies as well as nationwide contractors can streamline their entire information flow and increase profitability. Throughout Europe, these industries are characterized by a low degree of digitization, which is why a market-leading cloud service such as NEXT has a promising international potential.

Monterro has extensive experience in developing Nordic software companies within the B2B space and deals exclusively with investments in this segment. Together with the staff at Nordiska Entreprenadsystem, Monterro will work to expand the company by further developing the product, strengthening the organization, and accelerating the geographical expansion.

The benefits of digitizing companies within the construction, maintenance, and contractor business industries are several. Revenue can be increased by capturing data on the field, which means a more comprehensive reporting of e.g. building material and use of tools and machines, but also much better documentation of for example change orders.
