Who can participate?
For established B2B software companies (5+ years and 0.5MEUR+ in revenue), headquartered in the Nordics, not AI native startups.
What we’re looking for
AI implementations that have achieved measurable business results - products with AI capabilities, agentic coding or transformed business operations.
Why this matters
AI transformation is critical for competitive success in B2B software, yet many companies struggle with it. We want to share real success stories.

What to include in the application
The submission should include an implementation overview, business impact documentation, evidence, lessons learned and a future vision. See more details in the submission form template.

What happens after your application
- Submit your application latest by 17 May
- The jury nominates 6 finalists by 12 June. 2 from each category
- The finalists present their work on stage at Nordic Software Summit
- 1 winner from each category is selected at the event
The Jury
All submissions will be evaluated by a jury with deep experience in B2B software, scaling companies, and AI-driven transformation. The jury assesses each contribution based on business impact, clarity of use case, scalability, and overall execution.
