We are proud to share that our portfolio companies continued to grow throughout 2025 and adapted well to the demands of a more disciplined market.
We welcomed eight new Nordic software companies to our group of portfolio companies: Centuri, Systecon, Projektportalen, Telaris, Planima, Planacy, Weissr and CRM-service.
We made ten add-on acquisitions across Europe to our portfolio companies. Our hiring was up 25% on average compared to 2024, bringing the total number of people we employ on average across our portfolio companies to 2,539.
Our portfolio companies' organic ARR growth was 15.4% on average. Total ARR growth was 26.2% on average. Our portfolio companies operate in 75+ countries in 2025.

In 2025, Monterro launched Infuse AI, our dedicated in-house AI team that works directly with our portfolio companies. With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with large, mature codebases, enterprise customers, and real operational constraints, our team focuses on one thing: getting AI into production where it creates value.

From growing to scaling: How Autoflows shifted gears with AI and Monterro
Monterro's portfolio company Autoflows offers an AI-driven SaaS platform helping car dealers across Europe drive after-market sales through connected data, intelligent predictions and automated outreach. The platform serves 1,500+ dealerships, boosting service revenues, after-market profitability, and ensuring every customer is served.
Since partnering with Monterro, Autoflows has pushed boundaries across both product and operations. The company has strengthened its platform with capabilities including a voice agent that handles inbound calls around the clock, earning the title Monterro's AI Pioneer of the Year in 2025.

Assess ESG data readiness, including emissions and energy data as part of our due diligence.
Engage with smaller data centre providers to influence greater transparency on energy sources and encourage the adoption of renewable-powered data centres across our portfolio.
